Chichester Grain is an ambitious cooperative business with over 40 members, looking for someone to help drive the grain store forwards.

Due to the retirement of their long serving grain store manager, Chichester Grain are looking for a replacement to manage our 30,000 tonne facility of mainly flat storage of a wide variety of crops. They are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with good knowledge of grain management, including long term storage, a 120 t/hour drying plant and the blending of crops for maximum return to our membership.

The candidate should have a good understanding of the agricultural industry together with a knowledge of the machinery involved and the ability to service and repair the plant where necessary. An element of computer literacy to run the store’s modern intake system and laboratory would be useful, however training would be given where appropriate.

A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with experience and ability.
