Salary: SP 17 (£19,420) – SP 23 (£23,198) at FTE1, plus enhanced holiday pay.

As a Technical Instructor in agriculture, you will be responsible for carrying out all TI and farm tasks and associated jobs in relation to the agricultural department across Hadlow College’s Farms.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 or above vocational qualification. A teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain) and level 2, or equivalent in Maths and English are essential. The ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role along with at least one year’s relevant practical experience within the agriculture industry.
