The team now offers professional valuations and planning, following the appointments of Guy Calcutt and Patrick Griffin.
Guy Calcutt, a RICS Registered Valuer, has worked in the property industry for 25 years, having worked for Cluttons LLP for the last 15 years, where he was a partner.
He specialises in property and residential development valuations for a wide range of purposes, including balance sheet, loan security, sale, disposal, restructure, internal management, litigation and other advisory purposes.
Guy, who has always lived and worked in the south east, said: “I am looking forward to building on the existing skills within the team to meet client needs.”
Patrick Griffin has joined Savills as an associate planner, from Strutt and Parker.
He has ten years experience in the planning industry and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
His role at Savills will see him manage the submission of planning applications and Local Plans, and development appraisals for a range of clients including developers and local land owners. He is based in both the Haywards Heath and Petworth offices.
Patrick, who grew up in East Grinstead and lives locally, said: “I am very happy to be joining the company at an exciting time for the rural team and I hope to use my experience to help develop a planning service line at Savills Haywards Heath office and supplement the existing expertise in the Petworth team.”
Jason Emrich, who leads the rural team at Savills Haywards Heath adds: “Guy and Patrick bring complementary skills to our land agency hub, and we are delighted to offer the full range of rural service lines for our clients in the area.”
