The Lettuce Company are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic person with good attention to detail to join a small team on a 1400 acre vegetable/arable farm, based on the Isle of Grain.
The right candidate will have PA1 + PA2 and Telehandler Certificates, with good experience using GPS systems and workshop skills.
Key duties will include: Operating a MF 7726 with Trimble system, drilling cereals, bedforming veg ground and primary cultivations including ploughing and subsoiling. Operation of a new SAM Horizon self-propelled sprayer, responsible for all agchem applications on both Cereal and Veg crops.
