Andy Sadler is a well-known and respected figure in the industry through his long service to Norman Collett Ltd and the recent successful transition into Avalon Produce Ltd.
Through his chairing of the board, Andy has delivered confident and experienced guidance during the crucial merger process and has seen Avalon thrive in a highly successful first season. He leaves the company confident of the strategic direction of the business and feels that, now the transition is complete, he will take the opportunity to further his interests outside of the top fruit industry.
