The inaugural 2019 event will focus on supplies and services available to growers operating in the wine sector by showcasing the very latest machinery and equipment as well as the myriad of professional services and supplies needed from soil to cellar. You will also be able to enjoy a sampling of the 50 most influential wines as reviewed by Matthew Jukes.
To our knowledge, there is no other event in the UK that focuses purely on viticulture providing a show-case b2b event where growers can access advice, supplies, services and have the opportunity to network together in a non-retail environment all in one place. We are all looking forward to welcoming interested and prospective growers to come and speak to experts and find out more about any aspect of wine production. Visitors will find a huge amount to interest them, whether they are established vineyards or still considering investment in one of the UK’s fastest and most exciting sectors.
If you’re passionate about the wine industry, our venue couldn’t be better! With the finest facilities and courses available in the UK, Plumpton College offers students all of the knowledge they’ll need to be successful in this highly competitive industry. Plumpton is renowned for being the UK’s centre for excellence in wine; giving students vital access to first-class education, training and research, boasting a purpose-built Plumpton Wine Centre which includes a commercial winery, research winery, laboratories and a sensory evaluation room.
On behalf of all those involved with creating, hosting and producing this exciting new event, I would like to thank the exhibitors from across the UK and Europe who will be attending. Their confidence in backing the very first UK event of its kind matches our own confidence that Viti-Culture is destined to succeed as a must-see annual event for the viticulture industry.
