The AHDB funded workshops are aimed at individuals who are starting out on their agricultural career or have been recognised as potential supervisors of the future.

Starting from 8 November, the workshops will be held at venues across the country and led by training consultancy, Cedar Associates.

“The workshops are free to attend and cover a broad range of topics from core management skills, to communication and change management, so supervisors are equip to get the best performance from their teams, helping to increase productivity in the industry.”
