15 farmers from all over the UK have teamed up with BASF to host a series of free agronomy roadshows to debate current agronomy challenges farmers are experiencing on their land, their plans for Spring 2020 and soil management.
Local farmers, Richard Budd and Tom Sewell will be hosting the event at The Hop Farm near Maidstone.
The Real Results Roadshows will also include the launch of and firsthand feedback from farmers who have trialled BASF‘s new azole cereal fungicide, Revystar® XE.
Also speaking at each event will be the inspiring soil scientist, Professor Jenni Dungait, who recently spoke at the Oxford Farming Conference. Jenni will give her advice on how to manage soils following the wet conditions, as well as what role soils might play in the detail of the new UK Agriculture Bill.
ADAS will join each event to share their research into Revystar® XE‘s performance on their trials.
The event will include complimentary refreshments and a delicious lunch.
12 February, Hop Farm, Paddock Wood, Kent – hosted by farmer, Richard Budd.
