NFU Mutual has been named the 2023 Which? Insurance Brand of the Year, winning the award for the second year in a row.
Awarding the accolade to NFU Mutual, the consumer champion commended the mutual insurer for its high levels of customer service over the past decade of Which? surveys. As well as winning the Insurance Brand of the Year award for two years running, NFU Mutual is the only insurer to be a Which? Recommended Provider for both home and car insurance.
Rachel Kelsall, Customer Services Director at NFU Mutual, collected the award for the insurer: “Being named Which? Insurance Brand of the Year in consecutive years is testament to NFU Mutual’s guiding approach of supporting members for the long term.
