About 33.95 acres conveniently located on the rural edge of High Halden village only a short distance from the A28.

A planning application has been submitted to Ashford Borough Council for “proposed change of use of land for the siting of a temporary agricultural worker’s mobile home to supervise a Venison Enterprise and the erection of a proposed agricultural building and associated access track”.

This application was refused by Ashford Borough Council, however the owners have decided to appeal the decision and the result of that appeal is expected in the near future.
