A marquee hire company established since 1992 requires building(s) and yard with seven day access for vehicles (up to HGV) to rent or purchase.

A marquee hire company needs the building(s) to be weather proof and have concrete floor ideally with 3m plus eaves.

Ideally they are looking for an area that can be secured and is relatively close to main “A” roads and M3/M4/M25 motorway network closer to London in Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire or Surrey but would consider other areas.

The business operates seven days a week throughout the year although the summer months tend to be busier than winter.

The company is not a 24 hour operation although do operate overnight occasionally. They currently have 15,000 square feet of building plus an outdoor area of similar amount which is used for storage and loading as well as parking vehicles.

They would also like to utilise a small area of grassland for training purposes.
